Multi-Cloud Service Management utilizes the flows and connectors from BMC Integration Studio to broker tickets across multiple cloud service providers.

To be able to work with the flows and connectors from BMC Integration Studio:

  • Ensure you have the access credentials for BMC Integration Studio - Ensure that you have the user name and password for the tenant administrator. Change the password you receive from BMC, at the earliest.
  • Set up Integration Studio to integrate with on-premises applications. - Define a site and set up an Integration Controller if you need to integrate Multi-Cloud Service Management with any of your on-premises applications.
    • Set up sites in Integration Studio - A site lets you access on-premises applications that are running on your local machine or on a server in your organization's data center. Refer Managing sites for details.

    • Install the Integration Controller - You need the Integration Controller if you want to integrate Multi-Cloud with any of your on-premises applications. Refer Managing sites for details.
