Configuring BMC Multi-Cloud Service Management
This section guides you through the process of setting up Multi-Cloud Service Management for your organization. As a tenant administrator, you need to complete a few configuration tasks like providing server details, account information, and trigger conditions among a few others, to start using BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Service Management features.

The BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Service Management set-up screens guide you through the configuration process. You need to access Integration Service and Innovation Studio to complete some of the tasks. For tasks that need to be performed from Integration Studio or Innovation Studio, BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Service Management displays links that launch the appropriate application.
Complete all steps of the process when setting up BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Service Management for the first time. To set up additional features, you can reuse existing components and configure only the new components.
Perform the following tasks to implement BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Service Management features:

5 | Provide details of the vendor that is hosting the service you are integrating with. Also define how BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Service Management fields map to vendor fields. | |
6 | Configure the flows that define the triggers and field mapping for the appropriate tickets to be brokered to the vendor and to Remedy ITSM. | |
7 | Specify the services that you want track from the Service Dashboard. Also specify the service targets for each service that you are tracking. |
