Installation and upgrade enhancements
The following changes and updates were made in the installation and upgrade process for this release:
Encrypting the database administrator password
After you install BMC IT Business Management Suite, by default, the resulting JBOSS data source XML files contains encrypted database administrator password information. However if you update the database administrator password information after installation, you can now use the maintenance tool to encrypt the password information.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
