General enhancements
The following enhancements are included in this release:
New search criteria available to search for assets and vendors
You can view a list of assets and vendors in BMC IT Business Management Suite. TO easily search for a specific asset, vendor or group of assets or group of vendors, BMC IT Business Management Suite was enhanced to provide the following new search options in the asset and vendor list pages:
- Budget Cost Owner
- Actual Cost Owner
You can personalize the asset or vendor list pages to display and use these additional options.
New Business Objects reports
The following new Business Objects reports are available in this release:
- Cost Model Scenario
- Financial Planning Budgeting
- FPB Active Cost Model Audit
- FPB by GL Type
Support for WebSphere application server
Installation of BMC IT Business Management Suite on WebSphere application server is unavailable for the 8.1.00 release. However, future releases of BMC IT Business Management Suite will support the WebSphere application server.
