Notes tab


Use the Notes tab to create and view notes for vendor initiatives.

To add notes to vendor initiatives

  1. In the Vendor Initiative Details window, on the Notes tab, click Add.
     The Add Note for Vendor Initiative window opens.
  2. Enter your comments into the Description field.
  3. Click Save and New to add more comments, or click Save and Done to save and exit the window. You can also click Cancel to leave the window without saving.

To search through existing notes

  1. Select one or more of the following check boxes:
    • Originator - Search by the author of the note
    • Origination date - Search by the date of note's creation
    • Description - Search by the words that the description contains
  2. In the search field that appears, enter the searched word or a part of it.
  3. Click Search.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
