Viewing issues for a vendor


Follow the procedure in this topic to view issues for a vendor.

To view a list of issues for a vendor

  1. Display the Vendor Details window by completing one of the following steps:
    • On your Home page, select the vendor in the My Vendors portlet.
    • On the left navigation bar, click Vendors under Supplier Management, and then click the vendor name on the Vendors window.
       The Vendor Details window appears for the vendor you selected.
  2. Click the Issues tab. A list of issues appears for the vendor you selected.
     From this tab, you can view details about an issue, the issue originator, or the issue owner. In addition, you can edit or delete an issue, and you can add a new issue for this vendor. To sort by different criteria, click the corresponding column heading. To reverse the sort order, click the heading again.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
