Viewing issue details


Follow the procedure in this topic to view issue details.

To view the details about an issue

  1. Select the issue on the Issues tab.
    The Issue Details window appears for the issue you selected.
    From the Issue Details window, you can add a new issue, or you can edit or delete this issue. In addition, you can add notes and obligations.
    • To display a list of notes associated with this issue, click the Notes tab. To sort by different criteria, click the corresponding column heading. To reverse the sort order, click the heading again. To display a different list, change the search criteria.
    • To display a list of obligations for this issue, click the Obligations tab. To display a different list, change the search criteria. To sort by different criteria, click the corresponding column heading. To reverse the sort order, click the heading again. Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
