Contract stakeholders
The Stakeholders tab in the Contract Details window provides a place to select the individuals in the IT organization who have responsibility for some aspect of the relationship between the IT organization and the vendor and who is reviewing this vendor's contract performance. Note that contract stakeholders are different from contract owners. Contract owners have overall responsibility for the contract and may or may not be a stakeholder.
To select the stakeholders for a contract
- In the Contract Details window, click the Stakeholders tab.

- On the Stakeholders tab, click Edit.
The Contract Stakeholders window opens as follows:
- In the Contract Stakeholders window, click Edit in each field and use the chooser to select one or more stakeholders in each group. A stakeholder can be selected in more than one group.
Click Save to save your selections and close the chooser. If you leave one of these fields blank, you can not initiate a review for this contract that includes a category that is associated with the corresponding stakeholder type.
- Click Save to save your selections and exit the Contract Stakeholders window.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
