Contract performance
The Performance tab in the Contract Details window provides an ongoing evaluation of the performance of this contract.
To view the performance scores for a contract, select the Review Template on the Performance tab in the Contract Details window.
The performance review information is displayed.
By default, the information that is displayed includes the aggregate scores for all reviewers in each of the last four reviews, as follows:
- Average score for each question, based on the reviews that are displayed
- Average score in each category for each review
- Average total score for each review across all categories
The averages of the aggregated scores are displayed in the leftmost column. The next four columns display the results of the most recent reviews, in order, starting with the current review.
To view all the individual scorecards for a review, click any score in the corresponding column. The colors of the score cells correspond to the threshold values that were specified when the template was created.
To display the reviews that used a different template, select another template from the Review Template drop-down list.
