Adding details to an IT service

The IT Service Details page displays the data related to a service. You can use this page to edit or delete any information related to a service. The first tab in the IT Service Details page is the Summary tab. The Summary tab gives a quick view of the impact that this service has on business. Use this tab to define data such as assets, vendor services or projects related to a service.
From the Summary tab, you can also add supporting materials regarding this service by attaching documents, or specifying links as follows:
- To display the list of attachments associated with this service, click Attachments. For information about creating and using attachments, see Creating-attachments.
To display the list of links associated with this service, click Links. For information about creating and using links, see Using-links.
To add details to an IT service
