You can add benchmark data to BMC IT Business Management Suite for a range of IT services. You can browse this data to learn about various metrics available for comparison.

Note

Benchmark data is not included in the product DVD or download files. You can use benchmark data that you have from any third-party organization. To prepare that benchmark data to load into BMC IT Business Management Suite, contact a BMC representative.
