IT department budgets

You can use the IT Department Budgets tab in the Planning Scenario window to display the hierarchy of departmental budgets that are included in the selected planning scenario, starting with the highest level budget.

When you click the IT Department Budgets tab, the budget details of the selected scenario are displayed. You can also display this window by selecting the My Budgets option in the left navigation pane.

By default, the collapsed IT Department Budgets tab displays only the top level of the hierarchy.
When you click Expand All, you display the amounts of all the sub-department level capital and expense budgets that are rolled up into the highest level budget totals. You can view the details of any budget in the hierarchy by selecting it in the IT Department column. If it is a large and complex budget, this information might take additional time to load.

To view IT department budget details

On the IT Department Budgets tab of the Planning Scenario window, select an IT department.
The Budget Summary details appear on the Summary tab for the IT department that you selected.
