Loading project costs
If your IT organization has licensed
, you can load cost information from project financials on a per-project basis. When you load a project budget into a department budget, the budgeted project costs, including the costs of resources such as Assets, IT Staff, and Vendor Services, are uploaded.To load project costs into a budget
Alternatively, to load the budgets associated with sub departments of the selected IT department, click on the Load projects (Include IT Subdepartments) option. This option also provides the capability to load the projects associated with a project portfolio.
