Adding IT subdepartments to a budget
Use this procedure to add IT sub-departments to a budget scenario.
To add an IT subdepartment to a budget
- On the Budget Overview tab of the My Budgets window, click IT Departments.
In the list of the available IT departments, hover the mouse over the department where you want to add a sub-department, and then click Add

- In the New IT Subdepartments field, click Edit and add the subdepartments.
- (Optional) If you want to add the subdepartments with their suborganizational units, select the Include Sub Organizational Units check box.
- Click Save.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
