Viewing release details

You can access BMC Change Management application from BMC IT Business Management Suite to view the details of a release.

To view the release details

  1. In the Related Releases pane, click on the Release ID of the release that you need to view.
  2. In the Related Releases window, click on the Release ID of the release.
  3. If required, supply the BMC Remedy AR System logon details.
     The release details are displayed in BMC Change management application.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
