Measuring project outcomes
Organizational learning improves performance and efficiency. To establish a learning organization, you need a closed-loop process that systematically reflects upon the success or failure of any project. As part of every Project,
calls for a wrap-up activity that captures client feedback and lessons learned. Over time, repeatedly closing the loop in this manner reveals the insights that establish best practices within the IT organization. Depending on how your installation has been configured, scores may be calculated from the results of the client feedback and lessons learned questionnaires.
