Initial scope
You can define the initial scope of a project to specify type and magnitude of a project. You can also specify business justification for starting the project.
To define the initial scope of a Project
- On the Project Details window, click the Initial Scope step below the Definition phase.
The Initial Scope section appears below the lifecycle information.
