Setting schedule for data update between BMC Service Request Management and BMC IT Business Management Suite

As a system administrator, you can use the following procedures to set up schedule for data update.
Scedule to update user information
To display the users and companies that belong to the same top-level company as the requestor in BMC Service Request Management, the software references the people records against the company hierarchy that you had created for that company. The software performs the linkage of people records with company hierarchy based on a schedule. The schedule determines when the updated company or people information is available in BMC Service Request System.
To modify the default schedule:
