Viewing the business case review details

, the IT staff can select the business case to display more details and complete the tasks involved in the review process.To view the business case review details

The Project Details window displays the following information specific to a business case:
- The Project Details window contains the SRM Request Id field. The Id number displayed in this field corresponds to the Request ID in BMC Service Request Management. You can click this number to display the Request Details window. The Request Details window shows the information that is displayed in BMC Service Request management for this business case.
- The first tab in the Project Details window is the Lifecycle tab. This tab contains tasks related to business case review lifecycle. e provides an out-of-the-box template for business case review lifecycle. The business case template is used by default when the business case is displayed in . If required, your system administrator can also create customized template for business case review lifecycle and set the new template as the default template.
The Project Overview tab displays a summary of the business case details.
The Description in the Project Overview tab displays the notes that are generated for the details that the user specified in the Service Request in BMC Service Request Management.
The state of the project is displayed in the State field. When you update the state of the project in this field, the software also reflects it in the Status of a Service Request in BMC Service Request Management.
