Changing the assigned job category
You can change the job category that already has the assigned items like the Client, Link, or Attachment.
To change the job category
- In the Job Category Details window, click Switch.
The Select Job Category window opens. - On the Job Category pane, select a job category that you want to switch to and click Add to add it to the Your Selections list.
- To save the updated category, click Save.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
