Editing client information


To create client information, you must access the Application Administration Console, which is available from the BMC Remedy AR System Administration Console. In BMC IT Business Management Suite, you can edit additional information for a client, such as the client's alternate email address or whether the client is a contractor. You cannot create new clients directly in the BMC IT Business Management Suite.

To edit a client

  1. Click Edit in the Client Details window or on the corresponding row in the Actions column on the Clients tab.
     The Edit Client window opens.

  2. Edit the information in any available fields.
     For more information about the fields, see Editing IT staff.
  3. Click Save to save your changes and exit the Edit Client window.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
