Additions to the Clients Pillar of the BMC IT Business Management Suite take place automatically each time the BMC Remedy AR System application database is updated to add new clients and then synchronized with the BMC IT Business Management Suite.

To create new clients, access the BMC Remedy AR System Administration Console.
