Software requirements


You must install the following supporting applications before running the installer for BMC IT Business Management:

Note

After installing BMC IT Business Management Suite with BMC Remedy AR System, you cannot configure the same instance of BMC IT Business management Suite with some other installation of BMC Remedy AR system or BMC IT Service Management (ITSM), unless the data and meta-data in another BMC Remedy AR system is identical to the one that you initially configured.

The following supporting applications are optional:
