was installed, your organization made decisions about the fiscal calendar, such as the first month of the fiscal year. After installation, you must not change these values. However, you can continue to adjust the duration of your fiscal calendar, shifting the starting year into the past and the ending year further into the future. Due to interdependencies between the fiscal calendar, budgets, line items, and exchange rate tables, you cannot shorten the fiscal calendar after installation; you can only extend it.

Notes

  • After you enable a currency, you cannot disable it.
  • Change the book currency only before defining or importing the exchange rate tables. Changing the book currency causes invalid exchange rates in existing exchange rate tables. Also, if you change the book currency, you must restart your application server and refresh all cost models in the application.
  • Values that are converted between currencies are rounded to the maximum number of specified fractional digits.
