Administrative interface.

For every Report User that you create in BusinessObjects, repeat the following procedure to add the report user to the application.

To add a new Report User

  1. In the Administration navigation pane, select Report Settings.

    The Report Users pane appears, as shown in the following figure:

  2. Click New.

    The New Report User pane appears, as shown in the following figure:

  3. In Username, enter the user name that was created in BusinessObjects, typically when the

  4. From the Locale list, select a language.

    This list includes only languages that are enabled on the server.
  5. In Date Format, enter the date format that you want to use on the reports (for example, mm/dd/yyyy).
  6. In Description, provide additional information, such as text that will assist the user to select a Report User.
  7. Click Save.
