Localizing project questionnaires
Failed to execute the [bmc-contextid] macro.
BMC Demand and Resource Management includes questionnaires that are answered at several points in the project lifecycle. You can customize and localize the questions and answers in these questionnaires.
To localize values in project questionnaires
Click the Edit Categories option.
The Question Categories For window is displayed. This window displays the list of question categories. It also contains buttons for all supported and installed languages.
For example, the following figure displays the Question Categories For: Business Value window in English locale:
- To specify a corresponding name in another supported language, click the button for the required language.
A table containing columns for names in current locale and selected locale is displayed.
For example, if you select the button for German locale in Question Categories For: Business Value window, the following table is displayed.
The first column displays the name in the current locale. This column is not editable in this window. The second column is for the name in the selected locale. You can edit the names in selected locale in this column. - To edit a value, double-click the entry in the selected locale column.
- Click Save to save your changes.
You can repeat steps 4 to 6 to edit Questions in other locales from the Project Questionnaire window.
To edit Answers, click the Edit Answers in the selected questionnaire window, and repeat steps 4 to 6.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
