Replacing approvers in multiple templates

A user can be part of multiple approval templates. If you need to replace the user in the templates with another user, you can use the find and replace functionality in the approver templates. You can update multiple templates at the same time to reflect the name of the new approver.

To find and replace approvers in approver templates

1. In the Approver Template Details window, click on the Find and Replace Approvers icon.
    The Find and replace Approver window is displayed.
2. In the Find Approver field, select the user that you need to replace.
3. In the Replace With field, select the user that need to specify in place of the selected user.
4. In the Approval Templates field, select the approval templates that you need to update to change the approver information.
5. Click Replace.
    The Manage Approval templates window displays the list of all approval templates.
