Managing attachment groups
Some Projects and other elements of the BMC IT Business Management Suite can generate a large amount of supporting documentation that you must organize and make readily accessible. Grouping these documents enables you to specify and store related materials for easy access. A number of default attachment groups are included in the BMC IT Business Management Suite, but you can edit or delete any of these groups and add new groups.
To view a list of the attachment groups, such as the one shown in the following figure, select Documents > Attachment Groups in the Administration navigation tree.
To search for a particular attachment group, select the Name check box in the Search by field, enter an attachment group name, and then click Search.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
