Viewing IT process details

Use the IT Process Details window to view the details of any IT process.

To view detailed information about an IT process

  1. Click the IT Process name in the Name column on the IT Processes screen. The IT Process Summary screen appears for the IT Process you selected.
    From this screen, you can view summary information, create a new IT Process, and edit or delete this IT Process. You can also display the Risks and Controls associated with this IT Process and add supporting materials by attaching a document or specifying a link.

    • To display the list of attachments associated with this IT Process, click the Documentation tab. For information about creating and using attachments, see the

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
