After creating a cost model for a service, you can specify planned and actual cost associated with each element contributing to the cost model.

To specify adjustments to the foundation values, click in a cell in the User Adjustments row in a cost table.
This is the second row in the table. It displays data in the currency format that you select in the Cost Currency field in the Properties tab. When you specify user adjustments in any currency format, the software calculates the corresponding value in the currency format set for display. The calculated value is displayed in the Adjustments in Display Currency row.Failed to execute the [confluence_note] macro.

The software uses the User Adjustment values in addition to the foundation values to calculate total cost for the cost model. For example, the Foundation value for an Asset for the month of February is $100.00 and you specify a User Adjustment value of $50.00. The total cost is then displayed as $100.00 + $50.00 = $150.00.
