IT services

You can create two types of IT services - Technical or Business service. You can either use the

user interface to define services or you can import the services that you have defined in the BMC Atrium CMDB.

To display a list of IT services in

, select IT Services in the left navigation pane under the IT Delivery menu. The IT Services page displays a list of the IT services. To display a different list, change the search criteria.
