Comparing service cost and benchmark data

BMC IT Business Management Suite provides the Service Cost Analysis portlet to view the comparison between cost of a service and its associated benchmark data. You can access the portlet, shown in the following figure, from the My Dashboard window.

If the Service Cost Analysis portlet is not displayed, you can display it by using the Personalize Page option in the My Dashboard window. The first time the portlet is displayed, you must edit the service metrics data to display the benchmark comparison.
