Alerts and Reminders portlet
The Alerts and Reminders portlet, shown in the following figure, calls your attention to important information that is generated by the
. This information can be specific system events that occur, such as a project's missed completion date, or notification of a task that has been sent to you by another user from one of the other modules.
- Alerts that are sent to notification lists of which you are a member
- System-wide alerts that are sent to all users
- Administrative alerts that are sent to administrative-level users

.When you receive a notification that a project approval task, a review task, or a work task has been assigned to you, you can view the details of the task by clicking My Tasks in the left navigation pane. The My Tasks window lists your current tasks.
