  • Available Fields: Lists the fields that are available for display in this window. You can use the right arrow to move the selections to the Visible Fields section.
  • Visible Fields: Lists the fields that will be displayed for this window. You can use the left arrow to move the selections to the Available Fields section. You can use the up and down arrows to the right of the section to reorder the selections.
  • Available Search Fields: Lists the fields that are available as search fields for this window. You can use the right arrow to move the selections to the Selected Search Fields section.
  • Selected Search Fields: Lists the search fields that will be available in this window. You can use the left arrow to move selections to the Available Search Fields section. You can use the up and down arrows to the right of the section to reorder the selections. You can include search fields without including the corresponding field to display.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
