Accessing the interface

You can access the BMC IT Business Management Suite interface in the following ways:

  • Use a web browser to log on to the URL specific to BMC IT Business Management Suite.
  • In the BMC Remedy Action Request (AR) System web interface Home page, select the ITBM Console link to BMC IT Business Management Suite in the left navigation pane.

To access the interface using the product specific URL
