Viewing IT staff
If your IT organization has been using the
but has only recently licensed , you need to add cost information to the IT staff records that are inventoried in .If you have recently installed the including and are inventorying IT staff records for the first time, see Adding-IT-staff for instructions to add the IT staff.
To add cost data to the IT staff, follow the procedure in Adding cost information to resources.
To view a list of IT staff and IT staff details
- In the IT Staff Browse window, select the name of the Client in the Last Name column .
The IT Staff window appears and displays the Details tab.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
