Editing the release details

You can edit the release details in BMC IT Business Management Suite to add the work information related to the release.

To edit the release details

  1. In the Related Release pane, in the Actions column for the release request that you need to edit, click Edit.
     The Edit Related Release window is displayed.
  2. In the Work Info field, specify the work information.
     The text specified in the Work Info field is added to the Work Info in BMC Remedy Change Management application.
  3. Click Save.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
