Viewing actual labor data

To view the labor actuals for a Project, use the Labor Actuals tab on the Project Details screen.
 You can view the actual time spent on Project Tasks by employees and contractors, based on the timecards they complete. The Labor Actuals list includes all the Tasks that have been created for the Project displayed and the actual time entered for these Tasks on any Timecards that have been submitted and approved. If a portion of the work was completed by someone who does not have a timecard, the time entered in the Work Hours Not Entered in Timecards field on the Project Task screen appears on this screen. To see the details of a Task, click it in the Task column.
