Canceling approvals
Depending on how
is configured, approvals may be canceled automatically. For example, when the state of a Project is changed to canceled or deferred, all pending approvals are canceled, all previously completed approvals are canceled, and all steps in that Project's lifecycle become unavailable for further editing. Another example is that when the state of a Project is changed to completed, the pending approvals are canceled, and all steps in that Project's lifecycle become unavailable for further editing.
