Status

Select Status to display schedule and status information.

Stakeholders

Select Stakeholders to display the organizations that have a stake in each Project in the Portfolio.

Financial

Select Financial to display financial data about the Projects. In any of these areas, you can limit the list of displayed Projects by narrowing the search criteria. You can view the financial data only for those Projects in Benefitting or Responsible Organizational Units for which you have View permission for Project Financials.

 

• To publish a private Project Portfolio, click Publish on the top menu bar. To make a public Project Portfolio private, click Make Private.
• To make a dynamic Project Portfolio static, click Make Static. Converting from dynamic to static limits the Project Portfolio to the Projects that are currently contained in the Portfolio.
