Setup requirements for integrating BMC Service Request Management with  BMC IT Business Management Suite


Complete the following configuration before using BMC Service Request management to request a business case review in BMC IT Business Management Suite.

  • Install and configure BMC Remedy AR System Server.
  • Install and configure BMC Service Request Management.
