Adding IT staff
The IT staff information is added by administrative-level user in BMC Remedy AR System Application Administration Console. Updates to the IT Staff Pillar of the BMC Foundation take place automatically each time the BMC Remedy AR System is updated and then synchronized with the BMC IT Business Management Suite. You can then use the IT staff options in BMC IT Business Management Suite to add additional information for the staff member.
