The IT staff information is added by administrative-level user in the BMC Remedy AR System Application Administration Console. Updates to the IT Staff Pillar of the BMC Foundation take place automatically each time the BMC AR system is updated and then synchronized with the BMC IT Business Management Suite. You can then use the IT staff options in BMC IT Business Management Suite to add additional information for the staff member.

If you have your IT staff data set up in BMC Atrium Configuration Management Database (BMC Atrium CMDB), you can use BMC Atrium Integration Engine (AIE) Console in BMC Remedy AR System to upload that information into BMC IT Business Management Suite.
