Editing organizational units

The organizational units are created in BMC Remedy AR System. The information such as Name and Parent Organizational Unit is defined in BMC Remedy AR System and is not available for edit in

To edit an organizational unit

  1. Warning

  4. Click Edit in the Site field and use the chooser to select the site the organizational unit.

    The BMC Remedy AR System also provides a field for providing Site information when you create organizational units. However the site information that you provide in BMC Remedy AR System is not used in

  5. Warning

  6. Select the Billable check box to indicate that the organizational unit is billable. This is required when you use IT Cost Management feature of the
