Understanding the organizational hierarchy

The organizational units setup is one of the initial steps that an administrative-level user performs while setting up BMC IT Business Management Suite. The administrative-level user creates the organizational units in BMC Remedy AR System and then creates a hierarchy of the organization to specify the relationship between different organizational units belonging to a top-level company.
