IT processes

To view a list of IT processes, select the IT Processes tab on the Business Processes window. You can also access it using the IT Processes option in the left navigation bar in the main window. The Browse window on the IT Processes tab is displayed.

To search for a particular IT process, click Search. To display a different list, change the search criteria. See Specifying-search-criteria for information about performing searches. To sort by a different criterion, click the corresponding column heading. To reverse the sort order, click the heading again.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
