Troubleshooting logon errors


If a user is not able to log on to BMC IT Business Management Suite user interface, you can check for the following information:

  • The logon ID must not have spaces before or after the name. You can check the logon ID that is set up for the user in BMC Remedy AR System.
  • Validate the password information for the user in BMC Remedy AR System.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
