Opening the Application Administration Console

You can open the Application Administration Console from a browser. If you installed the Application Administration Console shortcut on your desktop, you can also click the icon to open it. For information about installing shortcuts, see the BMC Remedy IT Service Management Installation Guide.

To open the console from a browser
