Undeploying the application
If you must configure the application server to work with the BMC Atrium Single Sign-On (SSO) server, you must undeploy the application, as described in the following procedure.
To undeploy the application
- In the left navigation pane of the main console, select Applications > Enterprise Applications.
- Select the ITM_SOFTWARE check box.
- Click Uninstall.
- Click OK.
- Click Save to commit the changes.
- Stop and restart the application server.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
