Configuring the web container thread pool

  1. In the main console window, select Servers > Server Types > WebSphere Application Server from the left navigation pane.
  2. In Application servers, click server1.
  3. In the Additional properties options on the right, select Thread Pools.
  4. In the displayed list, select Web container.
  5. In the Configuration form, specify the following values:
    • Minimum Size : 70 threads
    • Maximum Size : 70 threads
    • Thread Inactivity timeout: 100000 milliseconds
  6. Uncheck the Allow Thread allocation beyond maximum thread size check box.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Click Save.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
